The Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open will be held at the International Tennis Centre, Zayed Sports City, Al Rawdah – W57, in Abu Dhabi.

Children aged 12 years and younger can attend the first five days of the tournament at no cost.

Children under 2 years old may attend the finals day for free when seated with a ticketed guardian. All other children must have a ticket to attend the finals day.

The registration link will be available on our website in January. Please ensure your team members have their Photo ID, full name, company, and email ready. The registration deadline is January 24, 2025. Badges will be available from January 29, 2025.

Three ticket categories are available:

  • Courtside: Premier seating closest to the court. These tickets purchased for the quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals includes hospitality lounge and terrace access, a supreme F&B menu with table service, and one premier parking pass.
  • Category 1: Lower bowl seating
  • Category 2: Upper bowl seating

Please note that Category 1 and Category 2 tickets do not offer hospitality services.

To ensure security, each ticket has a distinctive encrypted barcode that allows for validation and counterfeit detection.

Tickets are sold on a non-refundable, non-exchangeable basis. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions. Attendees are advised to familiarise themselves with these terms before entering the venue.

Tickets may not be resold or used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, or competitions, without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Any resale or unauthorised use of a ticket may result in the ticket being void, and the holder may be denied entry to the event.

Online ticket purchases can be made with Visa and Mastercard.

If you lose, damage, or destroy your ticket, contact the Organizer immediately. They will evaluate the situation and decide whether a replacement ticket can be issued. Any replacement ticket can only be collected by the original credit cardholder, who must present the original credit card used for the purchase. Please be aware that any replacement ticket will automatically invalidate the original ticket.

The Tennis Village opens 30 minutes prior to the first match on weekdays and 1 hour before the first match on weekends.

This event is open to all ages.

However, guests wishing to purchase alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued ID, such as an original passport, UAE driver’s license, or UAE/GCC ID card.

Outside food is not allowed within the stadium. However, a variety of food and beverage vendors will be located throughout the Tennis Village to cater to all tastes.

Please note that for safety reasons, bottle caps will be removed from all beverages upon purchase.

Yes, a variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase at the Tennis Village and within the Stadium.

Zayed Sports City offers ample parking with over 7,000 parking spaces available. Please follow the on-site signage for parking guidance.

Please note that overnight parking is not permitted. Vehicles left unattended for extended periods may be towed at the owner’s expense.

There are numerous hotels located near Zayed Sports City and throughout Abu Dhabi. Several hotels within a five-minute drive of the venue include Aloft, Centro, Holiday Inn, Hilton, Hyatt, Premier Inn, Ritz-Carlton, Rotana, Shangri-La, Fairmont, and Traders.

The terrain is flat. The village is predominantly concrete, with a grassy area by the football pitch.

Yes, assistance dogs are permitted by the venue.

The venue is accessible to wheelchair users. A platform is available to accommodate one wheelchair user and a carer. Please contact the Organizer via email to inform them of any attendees requiring wheelchair or accessible seating.

The programme is open to all players across the following age categories for juniors – U12, U14, U16, U18. The adults categories will be available for Men, Women and Over 35.

Yes, prizes are available for all tournaments within the Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open series. Prize/Voucher structure will follow a standard format per category and more information can be found on the tournament registration page.

Winners from each category will be awarded a variety of prizes to further their tennis journey, including an all-expenses-paid trip to the prestigious Juan Carlos Ferrero Academy in Spain for U14 and U16 champions, a month of private lessons at a local tennis academy in the UAE for U12 champions, and tennis equipment, vouchers, prize money, and Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open tickets for adult category winners.

Yes, points won at Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open tournaments will count towards a player’s official UAE Tennis Ranking, as well as their Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open series Ranking.

Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open tournaments will be hosted by select academies in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Fujairah. Details for each tournament will be released on the tennis calendar and can be found on the official UAE Tennis Portal https://te.s-pin.com/, or on the UAE Federation Ranking Circuit website when the tournament registration is open.

Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open has kicked off its post-summer schedule as part of its second season on 6 September, following the success of its inaugural edition.

Points won at the Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open events will count towards a player’s Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open Ranking. The top 8 players from each Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open category will progress to a Playoff series with the overall winners being awarded with some incredible prizes.

The Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open series comprises two tiers of tournaments: Grade A, which offer higher points and require mandatory participation for top-ranked players, and Grade B, which allow for broader participation and point accumulation.

A Grade A tournament is the highest level tournament available to play on the UAE circuit and is introduced as part of the launch of the Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open series. Each Grade A tournament will have 2000 points available and Officials/Umpires will be provided for the semi-final and final matches of each tournament.

Each tournament will have a draw size of 32 players with 28 direct acceptance, 2 Wild Cards from the host academy and 2 Wild Cards from the UAE Tennis Federation.

Players registering online will have priority entry over manual registrations, in line with UAE Federation rules.

The standard UAE Tennis Federation match format and rules will be followed.

The Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open tournaments will consist of a series of Grade A (2000 points for the winner) and Grade B (1,000 points) tournaments.

For Juniors, the total points claimed from Mandatory Grade A and Mandatory Grade B Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open events will be counted.

For adults, the total points claimed from Mandatory Grade A Road to Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open events will be counted.

Entry Fees will be charged in line with the UAE Federation guidelines.

The Order of Play will be released on the Wednesday prior to each tournament.

Player withdrawals are not accepted and the Federation has the right to ban the player from all Grade A or B events for the current year, unless a justifiable reason for withdrawal is presented.

In line with the UAE Tennis Federation Age Group System, players will be eligible to join up to two age category. If a player joins 2 categories and finish the series ranked in the Top 8 of both categories, the player must select only one category to play in the playoffs.
